The Lofts on Fountain, purchased as part of a heavily distressed portfolio, was acquired at a low basis of $39k/unit and offers strong return potential for our investors - but a high amount of work for our ECA teams.  After implemented an aggressive CAPEX plan that is north of $20k/unit, the expectation is that this 242-unit complex will be one of the best in the city.
