Ryan oversees our operations finance department with the primary focus of ensuring that each property exceeds investor expectations by maximizing the value of each asset that we own.

After thorough market research, he creates, implements, and continuously re-evaluates the strategic plan for each property utilizing our in-house regional property management and maintenance team members to aggressively meet targets which ultimately drives the success of each Fund that we oversee. In addition, he works with local market experts to explore new opportunities for rent growth, expense efficiencies, as well as identifying appropriate times to refinance or sell – all with the determination of maximizing value for our investors. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Marshall University. Ryan resides in Raleigh, NC.
