With roughly 10 years of maintenance, renovation, property management, and project supervision experience, Rodger brings a level of expertise to the organization that is critical to the success of our company.  He oversees our operations at each asset, which includes renovations, projects, and operational strategy.  Roger has helped renovate hundreds of units for Emerald City Associates, as well as helped execute many critical operational projects to ensure that our investments are performing ahead of plan.

Roger is also responsible sourcing our contract renovation/maintenance support, ensuring our capital budgets are met, and making sure that maintenance items are delivered on time.
