In 2024, Emerald City Associates decided to take in-house the material sourcing/warehousing aspects of renovations - and Parker has been responsible for leading all aspects of that business.  He takes the lead in ensuring products are procured at affordable prices and are delivered to complexes on time and as needed.  Parker also leads all aspects of warehouse operations (inventory control, shipping, and receiving).

Parker lives in Raleigh, NC and prior to joining the team in 2024, he worked in various Supply Chain roles across a wide range of industries.
