This Alabama portfolio is comprised of six different complexes for a total of 384-units mostly throughout Etowah County, Alabama. All properties are within reasonable distance to each other in fast growing, low supply markets in northern Alabama. With an average build of 1990, these Class B properties come equipped with pools, tennis courts, community grounds, leasing offices, and much more - by far the nicest assets in the area.  The exteriors of each property are in great condition and require little to no improvement. The interiors, however, are a bit outdated so we'll look to provide a fresh update, showcasing new flooring, new appliances/fixtures, fresh paint, new countertops, etc. 


Purchased in May 2024 at a strong cost basis of $80K/door, this complex had average rents at roughly ~$800 per unit at purchase with the ability to easily increase to upper $1,100s per unit in quick fashion.
