Loyd Fornes

Prior to co-founding Emerald City Associates, Loyd worked for 10+ years in corporate finance, managing the P&Ls of multi-billion-dollar companies with a heavy focus on M&A activity. To focus more on his professional passions, which center around real estate investing, community involvement, and helping others grow wealth exponentially, he broke away from the corporate world in 2022. As a seasoned real estate professional, Loyd has helped provide significant returns to investors that far outweigh the stock market – as well as helped provide substantial improvements to the community through strategic investment initiatives. His key area of focus within Emerald City Associates is overseeing the asset acquisition, financial projections/analysis, and property management aspects of the business.

Loyd holds a Business Degree and MBA from East Carolina University and is a Certified Management Accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants.
