Jose oversees all our investment reporting and financial analysis for our real estate portfolio.  This includes reviewing month end financials for each investment, overseeing the monthly investment review process, leading bi-weekly KPI reviews, and ensuring our overall property expenses are in line with expectations.  With an objective of ensuring our investments are performing ahead of plan, he uses financial analysis to find operational problems before working with the various teams to ensure a quick resolution.

Jose lives in Raleigh, NC and has a Master of Accounting degree from North Carolina State University.  Prior to joining ECA in 2024, he spent many years in public accounting, with many of his clients being in the private equity space.  Jose is also a licensed CPA.
