Chelsey heads our Integrations arm of the business, which arguably has been the biggest driver of our company’s success.  "Integrations" for us occurs in the 6 months post-acquisition of an asset.  Rapid, value add project plans for us occur over those 6 months and it includes renovations, lease ups, financial cost cutting strategies, project management, new employee onboarding, implementing processes - essentially everything that is needed to take a non-ECA, low performing asset and make it a high-quality, high-performing ECA investment QUICKLY.

Prior to leading our Intergrations teams, she led the creation of Green Alpha Property Management (our wholly owned subsidiary entity).  She is a Licensed NC Real Estate Broker and has a wealth of knowledge in many facets of real estate. Aside from extensive property management experience, she is also a house flipper on the side which allows her to not only understand how to quickly add value to properties, but also keep costs down! Chelsey lives in Clayton, NC with her husband and 3 children.
