Chanel oversees our operations across North Carolina and South Carolina, which are markets that will always be a critical part of our portfolio.  She is an expert in ensuring long-term stabilization through low vacancy, low operational costs, and limited delinquencies and has huge value for each of our stakeholders.

By overseeing the various property managers and maintenance personnel, her key focus is to drive the business plans through to completion.

Chanel brings roughly 7 years of various experience working in property management roles in multiple states.  Her knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and affordable housing is a very important strength that she brings to the team.
