With roughly 10 years of maintenance, renovation, property management, and project supervision experience, Rodger brings a level of expertise to the organization that is critical to the success of our company.  He oversees the renovations that occur at all our properties, as well as the day-to-day maintenance items to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Roger is responsible sourcing our contract support, ensuring our capital budgets are met, and making sure that maintenance items are delivered on time.
