Loyd Fornes

Prior to co-founding Emerald City Associates, Loyd worked for 10+ years in corporate finance, managing the P&Ls of multi-billion-dollar companies. To focus more on his professional passions, which center around real estate investing, community involvement, and helping others grow wealth exponentially, he broke away from the corporate world in 2022. As a seasoned real estate professional, Loyd has helped provide significant returns to investors that far outweigh the stock market – as well as helped provide substantial improvements to the community through strategic investment initiatives. His key area of focus within Emerald City Associates is overseeing the asset acquisition, financial projections/analysis, and property management aspects of the business.

Loyd holds a Business Degree and MBA from East Carolina University and is a Certified Management Accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants.
