Chelsey heads our property management arm of the business, which arguably has been the biggest driver of our company’s success. With her leadership, we have been able to exceed industry standards in vacancy rates, speed to fill, and market rental rates. We ONLY manage our own properties, and at every complex, vacancy rates are at all-time lows and average rents are at all-time highs.  All that leads to increased investment returns and funds back in our investors’ pockets. 

She knows that none of this could be possible without positive tenant experiences, so she goes above and beyond to ensure that those we serve are having great experiences each and every day. 

She is a Licensed NC Real Estate Broker and has a wealth of knowledge in many facets of real estate. Aside from extensive property management experience, she is also a house flipper on the side which allows her to not only understand how to quickly add value to properties, but also keep costs down! Chelsey lives in Clayton, NC with her husband and 3 children.
